The #1 Thing You Can Do To Stay On Track

It is such a strange thing: perspective. When we have a problem or even a small habit to break it seems we have none for ourselves, yet we have all the perspective in the world when it comes to others problems and how to get around them. Take for example knowing we have to workout more or eat right. We just seem to get stuck over and over but if we see that same issue in a friend or loved one, we have plenty of perspective and answers for them too. I just saw this article today in MYFITNESSPAL/ BLOG. It seems the coaches know that teaming up with another person is the only way to really get long term results. The article say’s,  “Permanent lifestyle changes happen in relationships. Whether they take place with peers, a coach, family, friends, coworkers, the other anonymous people at the meetings or the other new recruits who joined the Marine Corps with you, new habits happen when people get together and help each other out.”   So pick a friend and hold each other accountable
