Bill and Taffy Danoff, Jon Carrol and Margot Chapman had a hit record in 1976.  They beat out the band Boston in one category and won a Grammy for best new artist too.  The song was kind of “Steamy” for the 70’s, but Bill Danoff, the writer of the song said the writing was far from “Steamy”  Tell you more below.
