That’s something new that I learned on the air during PillowTalk on Friday night. Chris was a farrier. Heather was the horse trainer. Their love of horses brought them together. They have known each other for eighteen years and they just celebrated their 13th anniversary on September 12th, so congratulations are in order. Heather and Chris bought some land in Ellington and created their “dream farm”. Heather loves Chris and has always loved him and hopes for at least 13 more wonderful years together. The song Heather asked for was Chasing Cars by Snow Patrol.
Thanks to all the great listeners who made dedications on Friday night, especially: Rebecca and Aaron driving through from New York. Aaron was giving Rebecca a special birthday weekend in New Hampshire. Angel and Perla from New Britain are expecting their first child around the end of March and are so excited about that. Paula from Madison called to tell her husband Steve that she loves him and that he lights up her life. Bithia from Granby is celebrating a birthday and is excited about an upcoming trip to Peru.
Oh by the way, what is a Farrier? A farrier is a specialist in equine hoof care, including the trimming and balancing of horses’ hooves and the placing of shoes on their hooves.
