If you’ve ever struggled with your health you’ve probably heard all about those expensive detox programs. Juices and shakes and tonics that cost hundreds of dollars and really aren’t for the average person. Well, I’m the average person, so this has never really been MY thing, but lately I’ve been curious about giving the idea a shot.

I came across this simple recipe and I’m pretty excited to try it. The ingredients are nice and simple and there’s no reason to think it’s harmful, because you can make it yourself so there’s nothing really artificial in it! With cold and flu season right around the corner there’s no better time to adopt a good healthy morning routine. Check out the recipe for this!


2tsp Apple Cider Vinegar

2tbsp Lemon juice

1tsp Raw honey

1tsp ground cinnamon

1 cup hot water

**Mix it up and down the hatch, have one every morning!**
