Just got back from dreamy Miami and oh boy do they know how to make a dreamsicle shake:

Ingredients:

  • 1 large frozen banana
  • 3/4 cup cold-pressed orange juice
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened plain cashew milk  yogurt( whole foods has this)
  • 1 heaping tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Yep, that’s it!!!
