Dolly Parton Debuts Coronavirus Anthem, 'When Life Is Good Again'

Always there when we need her the most

This week, Country music legend and national treasure Dolly Parton released a pandemic-themed single titled "When Life Is Good Again," once again showing she’s always there when we need her most.

Written while under quarantine, the faith-based positive-thinking song sees Dolly reflect on the ways she, and in turn, we can make strides to become better human beings as we continue to weather - and ultimately overcome - the COVID-19 health crisis.

"More thoughtful than I've been, I'll be so different then. More in the moment when life is good again." Powerful words that we can all take to heart amid scenes of healthcare workers struggling on the frontlines, and communities struggling to stay financially afloat.

The Country icon is certainly no stranger to helping in this time of need.

Dolly has been hard at work reading to children while stuck at home every Thursday night on her YouTube series, Good Night With Dolly. She's also made an incredible pledge to donate $1 million to coronavirus research through the Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
