Less Clutter = Joy

Does Tidying Up Your House DeClutter Your Brain?

I’d heard about Marie Kondo, a Japanese organizing consultant, from my sister Moe, who raved about the Joy it was bringing her but also how it was very emotional to get rid of some of her "stuff".  In case you haven’t, heard about the book, The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up: The Japanese Art of Decluttering and Organizing, you will soon! Its on Netflix, YouTube, and according to my sis, It really does show you a method that resonates deeply enough for you to WANT to get rid of clutter. Here is a very rudimentary model of how it works: Pick up an object, ask yourself, " does this bring me joy?" If not, let it go... put it in a bin to donate or sell. All other itens that do bring joy get to stay and be organized according to a very easy plan also in the book.

I think this may be next for me.
